2. Lawn Requirements: To qualify, your lawn must be in a manageable condition. Specifically, lawns must not be overgrown or cluttered. An overgrown lawn is characterized by:
   • Edging that extends more than 1 inch over the sidewalk.
   • Grass length exceeding 5 inches.
3. Yard Cleanliness: Your yard should not contain excessive debris, whether organic or inorganic, to qualify for this promotion.
4. Exclusions: This offer does not cover garden beds and natural areas. These areas will be serviced at our regular rates if needed.
5. Right to Deny Service: Cutting Edge Tree and Lawn reserves the right to refuse this promotion to anyone, based on the assessment of our service professionals.
6. Continued Service Agreement: To avail yourself of this promotional offer, you must place a valid credit card on file and agree to continue with a minimum of three more services following the initial discounted service.
